What you'll do
- Manage the sales pipeline from identification to securing business, and then growing with those customers
- Full ownership of business and tender pitches
- Preparation of analyses and research on markets, companies and trends and regular internal reporting of the information, whilst managing all databases relevant to business development
- Lead the content and concept development of product and marketing campaigns
- Responsible for brochures, pricelists, catalogues and trade shows
- As part of a small team and start-up, you wont be afraid to help out with any task thrown your way!
What you'll bring

- Work experience in long cycle business development with project management
- An ability to understand, accept and adapt to different global working cultures
- Successful completion of a business administration degree or similar is desirable
- Comfortable with changing priorities and matrix management.
- An interest in economic contexts and an understanding of what is happening globally
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- The ability to live in the European Union
- The ability to travel (up to 10% of the time) within Germany and overseas
