With its active noise cancelling technoligy, the QuietComfort series is an important part on the headphones market. Bose announces now a new generation of their popular headphone series. The QuietComfort 45 will be released on September 30th in germany and shall cost 350 euro.
According to BOSE, the biggest change is the increased battery capacity, which allows the headphones to be used for even longer. Accordingly, a playing time of up to 24 hours should be possible. The BOSE headphones will full charged within two and a half hours with a USB-C cable.
BOSE also optimized the active noise cancelling in the QuietComfort 45. Especially the mid frequencies should be better cancled with the ANC-feature. Bose says that this feature will cancle noises espacially in trains, offices and cafes.
A new feature is but definitly the transparency mode, which aloud to pause the noise cancelling while wearing the headphones. This allows you to hear the surrounding sounds when you are out and about in the city. Like with the last model, the QuietComfort 45 can be pared through bluetooth to two devices at the same time.
Never change a running design. The QuietComfort 45 wont look quiet different than the last model. Bose also sticks to its physical buttons on the headphones, unlike competitors and their popular touch interface. The QC 45 will be available in Black and white.
